Heated argument ended in reconciliation between City Councilor Zaldy Ocon and Roads and Traffic Administration overseer Atty. Egay Uy during the final deliberation of the traffic worsening situation on Wednesday evening. Local Finance Committee chairman Edna Dahino managed to reconcile both parties including RTA deputy officer Nonito Oclarit.
