COUNCILOR Reuben Daba, chair of the City Council committee on social services, warned establishments against selling solvent to minors.
This, after the committee tackled the complaint of the City Social Welfare and Development (CSWD) office against a certain hardware at Cogon Market allegedly selling solvents to minors. According to CSWD, this is a violation of the Comprehensive Children’s Welfare Code of Cagayan de Oro City. (clo)
