Data from the Police Regional Office-13 pointed out that the anti illegal drugs operation arrested the suspects identified as British Liam Cox, 32; Fernando Baguinon Dycueco, 54, a barangay 4 council member in the town of Dapa; Kirby “kitoy” Clet, 30, from Iligan City but has been living in Siargao for 10 years; and Rolf Jingle Oraliza Con-greso, 24.

PDEA-13 report shows that the operation was carried out through Search Warrant No. SW-03-2018 dated April 5, issued by an Executive Judge of a Regional Trial Court in Agusan del Norte.

General Luna police Chief Insp. Joel Liong pointed out that PDEA operatives spearheaded the anti-drug operation together with the municipal police.

Liong added that Cox also has an outstanding case filed against him back in Feb. 22 for the Grave Scandal.

“Cox is the same British national who made the viral photos where foreigners visiting General Luna, Siargao were riding the Carabao naked. I personally filed a case against Cox (for) Grave Scandal under article 200 of the Revised Penal Code. Cox was the one who organized the naked Carabao ride together with foreigners,” said Liong.
