Misamis Oriental Governor Yevgeny Vincente Emano turned over a total of P13.2 million worth of projects to four municipalities of the province.
Yesterday, Emano turned over P3.6 million worth of covered court project to Misamis Oriental National High School in Napaliran, Balingasag.
On Thursday, Emano turned over to Kaluknayan Elementary School in Kaluknayan, Lugait, a two-classroom school building worth P1.9 million.
He then proceeded to Naawan Central School and turned over P3.8 million worth of covered court.
Dr. Nilda M. Mejos, Public Schools District Supervisor, was very emotional to receive the project as it was the first time for the school to receive “such a gift from Governor Emano.”
“Finally, nakaangkon ra gayud kami sa usa ka proyekto nga dugay na namong gihandum alang sa aktibidadis sa kabataan nga dili usab sila maulanan samtang among himuon among activity gawas sa ilag mga classroom,” Mejos said.
Another covered court project worth P2.9 million will be given to the Danao Elementary School and P1 million worth covered project to Kimaya Elementary School in Barangay Kimaya, all of the municipality of Jasaan. (misor pio)
