Man shot dead in Iligan city uplands

Iligan City — The police under Senior Insp. Enrique Dungog of Station 3 at barangay Sta. Felomena, this city, is still clueless as to the identity of a person shot dead on Monday.

In his report, PO2 Allan Bayog Amancio, duty investigator, the incident happened at Barangay Lanipao, this city, at Purok 15 Monday.

There were three gunshot wounds on the fatality, one on the head, another on the back, and another on the chest.

The victim was wearing a pink t-shirt, navy blue short pants, a black belt. The victim’s height was estimated to around five feet and six inches and his age estimated to be over 40 years old.

The dead body has been taken to Mary Venus Funeral Homes at Barangay Sta. Felomina. Authorities said that nobody in Lanipao knew the victim.

Lanipao, to note is a hinterland barangay of this city.
