A bomb-sniffing dog and his handler keep watch at the Higalaay civic military parade a day before the celebration of the Feast of St. Augustine in Cagayan de Oro on Monday. The civic-military parade is a traditional event ever since the pre-war Cagayan de Oro. It is always held a day before the city fiesta on Aug. 28. Security has been tight after information was received that ISIS will sow bombing campaign in the city. This prompted authorities to jam mobile phone signal and field special K9 dogs into the city.
