COUNCILOR Dometilo Acenas Jr., chair of the City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate, recently led the site inspection of the proposed subdivision project in Barangay Lumbia.
This is in response to the application for Preliminary Approval and Locational Clearnce (PALC) of Navona Lumbia of Johndorf Ventures Corporation, developer of the subdivision.
The subdivision lot covers an area of 40,000 square meters, containing 310 lot units, The Power learned.
The City Housing Board and the City Planning and Development Office favorably endorsed the application to the committee for approval. However, they recommended some conditions to be complied with by the developer.
Among the conditions is that the developer shall separate technical description intended for parks and playgrounds and community facility areas; secure environmental clearance from the City Local Environment and Natural Resources Office and secure Barangay Social Acceptability.
The City Engineering Office also endorsed and recommended the PALC for approval. (sp)
