It was a thrilling lighting ceremony held last November 15, at its 4th-floor lobby as City Councilor and Chairman of the Committee on Trade and Commerce George Goking, Department of Tourism – Region 10, Regional Director Marie Elaine Unchuan, and Misamis Oriental Provincial Tourism head, Atty.
