Isidro Lapena, Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Secretary; and Christopher Rollo, Country Program Manager, UN-Habitat, ink a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Sept. 20, to start the construction of 1,500 houses under the program “Rebuilding Marawi Through Community-Driven Shelter and Livelihood at Bagumbayan hall, Marawi City Hall last Friday.
