MARATHON budget deliberations on the city’s executive budget for 2020 continues this week.
Sitting as a Committee of the Whole, the City Council held deliberations on the proposed budgets of the CDO Trade and Investment Promotion Center; Technical Vocational Institute; City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office; Human Resource and Management Services Offices; Office of the City Administrator; City Planning and Development Office; Office of the Building Official; City Civil Registry Office and City General Services Department, among others.
On Wednesday, the legislative body tackled the proposed budgets for the city’s Statutory and Contractual Obligations; Aid to different government entities and special purpose funds as well as the auxiliary programs and services for the social services sector, and other city hall offices. (sp)
