Alli Klosner is a nutrition investigator on the supplement product development team at the Nutrilite Health Institute in Buena Park, California, U.S. A, Klosner works to ensure the essential nutrients contained in Nutrilite supplements are at levels to support optimal health. She also conducts research for substantiation of health claims of the company’s nutrition products.

At Amway, she also participated in special projects, creating an experimental protocol for a weight management pilot study as well as supporting the development of a business model for a low-cost water treatment product.

Klosner earned a Master of Science degree in the Genetics of Human Disease with a specialization in pharmacogenetics from the University College of London, U.K.

She conducted research at the UCL Cancer Institute as well as the UCL Cell and Developmental Biology lab. Her research focused on elucidating the genetic mechanisms that underlie early development and contribute to human disease.

She is a member of the American Society of Nutrition, and served as a contributing writer for EthicsandGenetics.org on the ethical considerations surrounding scientific advancements.
