MAJ. Gen. Benjamin Madrigal would assume as the new commander of the Army’s 4th Infantry Division today.
Madrigal, who served as Camp Aguinaldo chief of staff, would replace Maj. Gen. Oscar Lactao who ends today his one year and six months as Camp Evangelista’s commander.
The turn over of command at Camp Evangelista is scheduled at 10 am.
Capt. Patrick Martinez, 4th ID spokesman, said Armed Forces chief Lt. Gen. Eduardo Año is scheduled to come over in order to install Madrigal as commander of the Army division.
Lactao would serve in Camp Aguinaldo as Armed Forces inspector general. (nitz arancon)
