THE Misamis Oriental Filipino-Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (MOFCCCII) will celebrate its 30th anniversary as it holds  its 16th induction of officers at Limketkai center’s Atrium, this city, on Thursday.

Officials of the Chinese Embassy in Manila and Consulate General of People’s Republic of China in Cebu, Federation of Filipino-Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc., the Fil-Chinese General Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Fil-Chinese Charitable Association in Manila are expected to grace the event.

Incoming MOFCCCII president Adelfa Lui Sia would be sworn in by MOFCCCII executive adviser Dr. James G. Dy.

Dr. Dy would be join by representatives from Philippine Council for the Promotion of Peaceful Reunification of China, Philippines Oversea Chinese Alumni Association, Fil-Chinese Amity Club, Philippine Chinese Chamber of Commerce, World News, Fil-Chinese Sin Lian Association, and Manila Chinese Press Club Inc.  and other Fil-Chinese Chambers of Commerce in Lanao, Bukidnon, Surigao, Butuan, Ozamiz, General Santos City, Davao, Zamboanga as well as various local Fil-Chinese organizations who would grace the occasion.

Sia urged all members of the chamber to attend the event and ensure its success.

Due to time constraints and security reasons, the members were enjoin to come on time (7 pm) so that the celebration could start and culminate early.

During the celebration, the chamber will also recognize past presidents like Stephen Gaisano Jr., Albino Limketkai, Frank Rolida, See Hong, Johnny Lim, Jose Un Jr., Alarico Lim, Annie Sia, Efren Uy, Robert Ching, Lucio Tan, and Greg Lao.

The incoming set of officers include immediate past president Greg Marten Lao, president Adelfa Sia, executive vice president Simon Ching, 1st vice president Sonny Choi, 2nd vice president Robert Chee, 3rd vice president Rosa Sia Go, secretary in Chinese Benny Hui, secretary in English Antonio Uy, assistant secretary in English Atty. Leni Go Ratunil, treasurer Rosa Sia Go, assistant treasurer Dolly Siao Ong, auditor Jessie Co;

Business manager Tomas Sia, assistant business manager Emerson Chui, Benjamin Chan Jr., and Peter Sia, PRO Atty. Francis Ku, assistant PRO Lorenzo Sancho and Leoncio Limlosoy, chairman-membership committee Antonio Ty Jr., vice chairman-committee on membership Joel Tan, chairman-committee on sports Roland Ramos, vice chairman-committee on sports Jeffrey Ang and Jose Gordiel Jr.;
