There is no decision yet on who will replace slain 2nd District Misamis Occidental provincial board member Octavio Parojinog, a board member of the same district said.
Tito Decina, 2nd District board member said they have not received any official decision as of this writing.
“We cannot do anything about it. We have to move on,” Decina said.
To recall, Octavio Parojinog was among the fatalities of July 30 raid in Ozamiz City under Police Chief Jovie Espenido.
There were 16 met their untimely death including Ozamiz City Mayor Reynaldo ‘Aldong’ Parojinog, wife Susan and 13 others. Vice mayor Nova Princess Parojinog and Reynaldo Jr. survived but were subsequently arrested and are now detained at Camp Crame in Manila.
