Subaru, a well known international automotive brand last Friday (July 20) celebrated its 10th year in this city with a banker’s night event a thanks giving dinner joined by different banking firms from all over Cagayan de Oro at their showroom in Kauswagan National Highway.
During the said event they introduced Subaru’s latest safety feature called “EyeSight” a driver-assist technology. It is the culmination of everything Subaru engineers know about safety. Adding confidence to every trip, it monitors traffic movement, optimizes cruise control, and warns you if you sway outside your lane.
The Pre-Collision Braking feature can even apply full braking force in emergency situations, helping you avoid or reduce frontal impacts.
When equipped with EyeSight, all 2018 Subaru models receive the highest possible rating for front crash prevention by the IIHS (Highway Loss Data Institute) an independent, nonprofit scientific and educational organization dedicated to reducing the losses – deaths, injuries and property damage.
EyeSight is available on select Subaru Crosstrek, Forester, Impreza, Legacy, Outback, and WRX models. The core of the EyeSight system is its set of dual color cameras. Intelligently and unobtrusively placed near the rearview mirror, they scan the road for unanticipated dangers.
