ANOTHER subdivision project will soon rise in the city of Cagayan de Oro.

Through an ordinance, the 18th City Council during its regular session Monday presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy, approved the application for Preliminary Approval and Locational Clearance (PALC) of MCDC Ecoverde Homes Corporation for its Ecoverde Sierra Phase II subdivision project.

The subdivision project covers an area of 22,538 square meters, containing 237 lot units located in Barangay Indahag.

The City Housing Board, City Planning and Development Office and City Engineering Office endorsed the application for approval. However, some conditions shall be complied with by the developer in its Development Permit Application.

The developer is required to provide loading and unloading area at the entrance road adjacent to Indahag-Pualas road, shall indicate on the plan the cleared right-of-way and drainage structure of offsite drainage that will connect to any existing waterway and/or functional drainage system, among others.

The application for PALC has been reviewed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules. (sp)
