Emano issued this declaration as he opened the Tourism Week celebration in Misamis Oriental as he also opened the newly-constructed Provincial Tourism Office and soon the Tinabuan Center at De Lara Park.

He said the newly-constructed PTO building will also showcase all products coming from the 23 municipalities and two component cities in the province for promotion and probably exporting it to other countries.

“The Tinabuan center will be manned by the Department of Trade and Industry-provincial office that will orient possible investors and capitalist para dili na sila moadto pa libot sa province,” Emano said.

He said the entire province has been initially classified by the provincial government to different investment sectors like farming, commercial districts, and industrialization.

“If the entire PTO and pasalubong-negosyo center will be completed then we will ask the Philippine National Police-Provincial Office to open the entire park to the public,” he pointed out.

Emano said all projects of the PTO will be focusing more on local products and tourist spots to compete with other provinces who capitalized the tourism industry as their top source of income.

“Explore Misor lang gyud gihapon kita. We still have a lot of unexplored beauty spots that need to be developed,” he said.
