Kicking off the event was a catwalk with the ladies wearing their Coco Cabaña swimwear from the SM Store, followed by another in their Mags casual attire and in their modern Filipiña Terno designed by the Oro Fashion Designers Guild in partnership with Gaisano.

Obeñita during the coronation night was the crowd favourite to win it all. Cheers echoed throughout the Atrium chanting her name as the night boiled down to just two candidates vying for the crown. With hands held tight she and Ramos were left standing vying for the coveted crown of Miss CDO.

The crowd suddenly became silence as the anxious of whom the next queen would be; as the hosts announced the first runner-up – Nicole Ramos.  Cindy Obeñita’s supporters became ecstatic, bursting with joy as their bet became the new Miss CDO.
