Col. Edcardo De Leon, Commander 403rd Brigade, said the opening of the road in the mountainous area of this town is also called the symbol of a shortcut for peace and development in the area.

The road, which connects Barangay of Alipuaton to its Sitio Salahon, is now open to all types of vehicle as “farm to market road,” said town Mayor Angelo Capistrano, Jr.
