The proposed subdivision project named Sweetberries Community subdivision in Lumbia has an area of 49,377 square meters with 786 lot units while the Bamboo Bay Residences in Indahag covers an area of 45,081 square meters containing 241 lot units.

The Cagayan de Oro City Housing Board and City Planning and Development Office (CPDO) recommended the approval of the projects pursuant to the implementing rules and regulations of BP 220 and Section 458 of RA 7160 and provisions of Zoning Ordinance 2006 and other related ordinances.

The City Engineering favorably endorsed the applications of the developers for Preliminary Approval and Locational Clearance (PALC) subject to some conditions that have to be complied with during the development stage of the projects.

The developers are required to indicate the cleared right-of-way and drainage structure of offsite drainage to connect any existing waterway and/or functional drainage system in their subdivision plans. These should be duly delineated with technical description and shall form part of the plans for development, according to the City Engineering Office. (SP)
