PH specialty food debuts in New York’s biggest specialty food event
International food buyers and visitors in North America checked out the tropical and delectable specialty food products of 10 top and emerging Filipino food companies in the Philippines’ first participation in the Summer Fancy Food Show (SFFS) held recently at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City from June 23 to 25, 2019.
This successful participation under FOODPhilippines
was led by DTI-CITEM in coordination with the PTIC office in New York as part
of the government’s unified effort to promote the Philippines as a source of
quality food products in the global market.
DTI-CITEM is committed to developing, nurturing and
promoting globally competitive small and medium enterprises (SMEs), exporters,
designers and manufacturers by implementing an integrated approach to export marketing
in partnership with other government and private entities.
