SupportZebra, a home-grown BPO company established here in Cagayan de Oro in 2011, recently celebrated its 8th year anniversary last January 28 with the theme “Elev8: Forging Relationships, Facing New Frontiers.”
The event began with a mass service officiated by Fr. Fermin Tan, followed by a short program which included an awarding ceremony in recognition of the firm’s best performing employees.
SupportZebra Managing Director Niño Duran shared during his speech that the company faced the biggest challenge in 2018, and he expressed his deepest appreciation to all who braved the storm with the company.
“Last year was the crucial 7th year of SupportZebra, and we saw and experienced many challenges, and I know all of you witnessed it. I can say we survived last year because all of us worked hard to stay afloat despite the changes and challenges. As they say, “Tough Times Don’t Last, But Tough Teams Do” – We survived because of everyone here, my SupportZebra family,” Duran concluded.
SupportZebra Executive Director Noelle Alcantar-Juarez praised the firm’s employees for their efforts in contributing to the company’s success over the years.
“We give thanks for our company’s sustained growth, and that we continue to overcome the challenges that come our way. We give thanks for the entire SupportZebra family’s dedication and hardwork. Truly, you are the backbone of SupportZebra,” she said.
Over the years, the company has received plenty of accolades from prestigious organizations for their contributions and excellent performance in the industry.
In 2019, in line with its goal to be a leading BPO company in the country, SupportZebra will further boost the company’s ranks.
