Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Oscar Moreno first announced that there’s no assurance that the beneficiaries could stay in the place not until they will have their land titles even if the area is owned by the government.

There are already 305 beneficiaries who received their Original Certificate of Titles (OCTs) and Transfer Certificates of Titles (TCTs) through the efforts of the city government as led by the TFEPB.

Engr. Armen Cuenca explained to the TFEPB that if the Piso-Piso Ordinance will be amended, it will be easier to process the titles for the beneficiaries. (cio)
