The Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental will join in the celebration of “Nutrition Month” every July as embodied in Presidential Decree 491 or the Nutrition Act of the Philippines (1974).
This month-long celebration will be highlighted by a joint Nutrition Month culmination and awarding ceremonies on July 27 at the Provincial Capitol Grounds.
This year will be the 44th Nutrition Month Celebration with the theme: “Ugaliing magtanim, Sapat na nutrisyon aanihin.”
As Chairperson of the Provincial Nutrition Committee of Misamis Oriental, Gov. Yevgeny Vincente Emano cordially invites all barangay nutrition scholars, municipal nutrition action officers, nutrition program implementers headed by municipal mayors and punong barangay province-wide, to grace this annual convention.
