TWO farmers in Bukidnon who are facing robbery cases are now in jail after they were arrested by the police yesterday at 10:15 am.
Police Provincial Director Restituto Lacano, Jr. identified the suspects as Ligoria Ampode, 45, married, and Nestorio Ampode, 45, married, and both residing at Purok 9, Pualas, Don Carlos of the said province.
They were nabbed by personnel assigned at 1st Bukidnon Police Mobile Force Company together with Malaybalay City Police Station at Barangay 2, Malaybalay City by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued on May 5, this year.
The court recommended a bail bond of P100,000 each.
The two are now temporarily under the custody of Malaybalay police for proper disposition.
