LAPOK Elementary School is buzzing with excitement as they welcome students, parents, and teachers for the official opening of classes. 

The school is overjoyed to introduce Johnmark Oligario as the new school head, along with Apple Kris A. Longos, the newest addition to the teaching staff.

The atmosphere is filled with happiness as learners greet each other with warm smiles and an evident enthusiasm displayed on their faces. 

To start the school year on a positive note, a tree planting activity led by Oligario is organized, showcasing the school’s commitment to environmental stewardship.

Additionally, the year kicks off with the traditional “pamuhat” ceremony, led by the IP Elder, DATU ANANAYON, symbolizing the opening of classes.

Ensuring a seamless start to the academic year,  Rolly S. Ortiz, the Education Program Supervisor (EPS) from the Schools Division Office of Bukidnon, and Victor E. Monel, the newly-appointed District- In-Chargeof Talakag II, are closely monitoring the school’s readiness.

The school takes pride in the collective efforts of its knowledgeable and dedicated personnel who value the importance of molding the Indigenous Peoples (IP) learners through engaging teaching practices. 

“Their commitment is aimed at achieving desired learning outcomes and ensuring the holistic development of each student,” said Oligario.

Lapok Elementary School is poised for a successful year ahead, with a strong foundation built on knowledgeable educators and a supportive learning environment. 

Oligario said bolstered by the enthusiasm and determination of its stakeholders, the school is ready to embark on an enriching educational journey for the SY 2023-2024.
