CLOSE to 250 pawnpushers throughout Northern Mindanao are seeing action in the final stage of the nationwide Rising Chess Unlimited Developmental Program set at Bazaar Place, 2nd Floor of the Limketkai Center, here in Cagayan de Oro City.
The Rising Chess series will culminate in the P1-million Ozamiz Grand Chess Festival dubbed as 1st Governor Henry S. Oaminal “8 in 1” Chess Championships slated on November 10-12 at the City Auditorium of Ozamiz City.
