Iligan City — Citizens here, upon reaching their 100th birthday will receive a total of P110,000.
Councilor Petronilo Pardillo, chair of the Committee on Senior Citizens of the Sangguniang Panlungsod yesterday said P100,000 will come from the national funds as mandated by the national government. The P10,000, he said will come from the city.
“On their 101st birthday, they will still be receiving, not the P100,000 but only the P10,000 and every birthday, henceforth,” Pardillo added.
