Midsayap, Cotabato — Following the communist group’s threat to launch attacks against the government across the country, the Kidapawan City Police convened with the military and other augmentation forces to draft a security contingency plan for the city.
Kidapawan Police Director Supt. Leo Ajero said they continuously cooperate with the 72nd CAA Company, Task Group Kidapawan, the Armyu’s 39th Infantry Battalion and the Provincial Mobile to intensify security measures in the city and to tighten checkpoints in the city.
As of the moment, Kidapawan city is peaceful, while the authorities ensured that they are well-prepared to handle threats to security and public safety. (Basir G. Alipolo)
