WHILE detained inside a jail, a 25-year-old laborer again received a warrant of arrest from the police for a case of murder.
Police Col. Jun Mark Lagare, Bukidnon Police Provincial Director, identified the prisoner as Johnny Looc, 25, single, and a resident of Sitio Sulog, Halapitan, San Fernando of the said province.
The warrant of arrest was served to the suspect by personnel of San Fernando Municipal Police Station led by Police Maj. Jessie James Acop to the suspect while inside the Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center located at Natid-asan, Malaybalay City of the same province last Sunday at 4:20 pm.
Judge Theresa Camannong of the Regional Trial Court -Branch 9, Malaybalay City, recommended the suspect no bail bond.
