WHAT happened to the failure of the administrative officer of RTA to account for the missing bags of rice some months back? Did the department head conduct a thorough investigation into it?
What if the incompetent admin officer bagged the bags himself, no pun intended. Will the equally placed department head simply sweep it under the rug?
I have no update on whether that incompetent admin officer got promoted along with the engineer who may have developed callouses on his butt for merely sitting around the office doing nothing.
Has the department head addressed these office problems? Is he really capable of running the RTA well?
He cannot always sweep under the rug any office problem, because sooner or later he will have to face those problems precisely because he is the department head.
I hope Mayor Rolando Uy knows about how RTA is being managed, incompetently that is. Otherwise, it could blow on his face.
